PerfectServe 4.0 introduces new UI, few new features

PerfectServe 4.0

PerfectServe, the company that makes secure communications platform, updated its mobile apps for iOS and Android to make it easier to use and more secure.

Said application allows clinicians in any care setting across the care continuum to connect inside and outside of their healthcare organization using a single, workflow-responsive, unified communications platform in a HIPAA-compliant environment. Version 4.0 is available to current customers through either the Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store.

Users will notice is the refreshed UI with new home screen icon and splash screen, improved navigation with gesture support, and list format-style for displaying functions. Also, three functions were renamed for clarification: “DocLink” is now “Contacts,” “Call Patients” – “Secure Calls” and “Patients” – “Patient Assignments.”

New Capabilities are included as well, allowing multiple attachments up to a total file size of 3MB in a single message. Furthermore, users may also create and name customized groups for messages sent to multiple contacts for improved organization.

Finally, PerfectServe 4.0 comes with additional optimization and is faster than previous versions of the app.
