Ringly Aries bracelets are both beautiful and smart

Ringly

Maker of smart jewelry Ringly unveiled a fancy-looking Aries bracelet collection that combines both the beauty and the brains. Targeting tech-savvy, fashion-oriented women – the company entered the market with smart rings, and with a smart bracelet – they are taking the concept to the next (logical) level.

Aries features gold-plated metal band with hand-cut semi-precious stones that complement its aesthetics. Beyond the looks, the bracelet includes a Bluetooth connectivity module, a vibrating motor, a battery that lasts for up to 48 hours on a single charge, and a set of sensors to keep up with “every step you take.” This unique combo, according to Ringly, enables users to monitor their calorie output without sacrificing their style.

The bracelet will also notify users on incoming texts and messages, as well as alerts from compatible apps. There are four different vibration patterns and five color options to choose from.

The gold-plated Aries bracelets are available in four different styles: Labradorite, Tourmalated Quartz, Rainbow Moonstone and Lapis. Additionally, Tourmalated Quartz and Lapis models can be spice-up with pyramid studs on either side, while Labradorite and Moonstone models can be (optionally) adorned with crystals.

The Ringly Aries smart bracelet collection is now up for preorder from the company’s website, from where users can grab a single unit for $195 instead of the regular price of $279. Two sizes are available, S/M and M/L, while shipping is expected to start this summer. Plus, to further sweeten the deal, the first 1,000 customers will also get a real diamond on the side of the bracelet.

Earlier this year, Ringly raised $5.1 million Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz.
