Deloitte launches accelerators for providers built on Salesforce Health Cloud

Deloitte Digital launched Care Connect, an accelerator for health care providers built on Salesforce Health Cloud. Care Connect incorporates provider-specific user interfaces and use cases, and is designed to address specific challenges and shortcomings of patient engagement. Also, it is focused on the end-to-end interaction across the patient journey. Deloitte offers more than 60 discrete solution capabilities across the entire patient lifecycle to support provider sector requirements.

In other words, the accelerator helps to make patient-centered care a reality by providing a robust solution to digital patient engagement. It is designed to help hospitals and health systems to acquire more patients, retain existing patients and improve care outcomes.

“These new capabilities go beyond standard out-of-the-box functionality to act as a catalyst for operational readiness and revenue improvement,” Quinn Solomon, principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and Deloitte Digital Care Connect leader, said in a statement. “Care Connect provides the needed transparency and functionality to deliver the most effective patient-centered experiences.”

Additional potential benefits of Deloitte Digital’s Care Connect solution include increased scalability, reduced operation costs, improved patient acquisition, reduced patient churn, improved care outcomes, refined strategic direction, and improved agility.
