eClinicalWorks updates its offering with a virtual assistant, healow VR and FHIR Cloud Service

eClinicalWorks V11

During its 2017 National Conference, eClinicalWorks announced new product offering and workflow improvements. Here’s what’s new:

Beyond the new offering, the company has also reported the strongest sales quarter of 2017, reaching $130 million in revenue, with over 3,750 providers added, including small, midsized, and large enterprise clients. Of those who selected eClinicalWorks in the third quarter, 80 percent switched from other EHRs, including GE Centricity, Allscripts, NextGen, athenahealth, and Practice Fusion — the fact that made eClinicalWorks the second most widely used EHR in the United States.

“Today’s four major announcements will further improve healthcare delivery by enhancing communication and improving Patient Engagement,” Girish Navani, CEO and co-founder of eClinicalWorks, said in a statement. “At eClinicalWorks, we are well positioned for the future as we remain focused on development and provide our clients with the most innovative tools currently available on the market.”
