Innovaccer and Mastek team up to scale agentic healthcare AI across four global markets

Forty years of government health relationships is not something you build in a product sprint. That’s exactly what Innovaccer is buying into with its new Platinum GSI partnership with Mastek, announced August 13. The deal gives Innovaccer’s healthcare AI platform a delivery partner with 275-plus health and life sciences clients and deep credibility with public health authorities across three continents.

What each side brings

Innovaccer’s platform, called Gravity, handles the data unification, AI agents, and clinical-financial infrastructure. Mastek, founded in 1982 and listed on India’s National Stock Exchange, brings 4,700 specialists across 40 countries and a 96% client retention rate. For health systems and payers evaluating AI vendors, that retention number matters. It suggests Mastek stays in accounts long enough to see programs through.

So the logic here is straightforward. Innovaccer has a Best in KLAS-rated platform but needs local delivery credibility in markets where procurement decisions hinge on institutional trust. Mastek has the relationships but needed a purpose-built healthcare AI stack it didn’t have to build itself.

Where the technology applies

Under the agreement, Mastek will deploy and localize Innovaccer’s full application suite, covering:

Why the UK and EU markets matter now

Innovaccer already has US and Middle East presence. This partnership is its clearest move yet into the UK and Europe, where NHS pressures and EU health system strain are creating real appetite for operational AI. But appetite without a trusted local integrator rarely converts to signed contracts. Mastek changes that calculus.

Innovaccer CEO Abhinav Shashank noted that when major global systems integrators choose to build delivery practices around a platform independently, it signals market confidence. That’s a fair read. The harder question is execution speed across four distinct regulatory environments. That’s where Mastek’s institutional track record will actually be tested.
