Maker of the specialized software and billing services for outpatient surgery centers, specialty hospitals and rehabilitation centers, Source Medical Solutions, is acquiring Encircle Healthcare Management to help tighten data integration between surgery and physical therapy facilities, and their physician stakeholders.

Encircle offers a secure, web-based information-exchange portal which facilitates the sharing of patient registration, billing, clinical documentation, and payer-specific data elements directly between Source Medical applications, and any referring physician practice management, third-party payer, or other benefit-management systems.
