Glow raises $17M Series B in a round led by Formation 8

Glow has closed a $17 million Series B fundraising round led by the venture capital firm, Formation 8, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz and Founder’s Fund.

This new money will help Glow continue to enhance its products and services for women to be fully empowered to better track their health and understand their bodies. In a blog post announcing the news, the company also said the investment will benefit its enterprise clients and program, as well as enable it to build out the team and expand into international markets.

During the past year, Glow has grown to a 22-person team with two apps that help hundreds of thousands of women learn more about their fertility and take charge of their health. Using the data gathered from its customer base, the company is creating the largest long-term study on women’s health in more than 50 years.
