Health Care Excel has completed the acquisition of Valiant Health effective April 2015. The transaction is expected to strengthen Health Care Excel’s commitment to the data analytics market while advancing the company’s suite of provider and payer solutions.

Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Valiant Health is a healthcare technology company with a dedicated software tool, proActive Management, that gives health plans and providers a clear view of current performance levels by capturing and analyzing data using a wide array of measures, such as NCQA’s HEDIS and the IHI Triple Aim. The tool helps plans and providers more effectively manage data, improve care, and drive better reimbursement levels.
