KrowdFit “No Budget-No Problem” pays employers for enrolling employees

KrowdFit, which runs incentivized wellness rewards programs, unveiled its new “No Budget-No Problem” Enrollment Rebate program designed to assist employers with offsetting the cost of implementing and running an employee wellness program. Under the deal, KrowdFit will pay employers a recurring $30 per month Enrollment Rebate for every six employees and/or dependents in KrowdFit, plus Enrollment Bonuses up to $10,000.

Once an employer has enrolled 12 people, the enrollment rebate ($60/mo.) covers the cost of KrowdFit, and additional enrollment rebate dollars can be used to fund internal company challenges, healthy celebrations or employee reimbursements.

It has also demonstrated an impressive 71% sustained member engagement for 97% of its member base over 2-year period, which is more than 25% better than industry average for wearable technology.

The service is compatible with Jawbone UP and Fitbit wearable devices, offering membership bundles ranging in price from $15.99 to $24.99 per month, and as part of a deal – users also get one of the mentioned wearable devices along with a 12-month membership in the KrowdFit Wellness Rewards program. For those already owning a compatible activity tracker, there’s the more affordable $12.99/month option.

The KrowdFit membership is growing at an average rate of 25%+ month-to-month, and the company’s rewards pool continues to increase $10,000 per month for every 5,000 members added to the service.

KrowdFit’s investors include Ryan Finley, founder and former CEO of SurveyMonkey who also happen to be one of KrowdFit’s founders alongside Jim Miller; and Dr. John Blank, former SVP, Emerging Businesses Group at UnitedHealth Group and former COO at AmeriChoice.
