A new wearable listing from Withings has been caught in the FCC’s database, and it bears the model number WAM03, implying that it’s the sequel to the previous Withings Go (which had the model number WAM02).
However, the label placement drawing (pictured above) suggests this will be a very different device than the Withings Go, and may house more sensors than the original device (which is no longer available from Withings).
Speaking of which (sensors), the FCC listing has a few attached reports one of which has the device’s “Equipment” name as Pulse HR, hinting us it boasts a heart rate sensor.
So this may not be Withings Go2 but Pulse HR which had a design similar to the label found on the FCC. We tend to think (speculate) that will be the case and that the upcoming device will be sold as Withings Pulse HR. For the time being however, all we can do is wait and see how things unfold. And yes, we can’t wait to see more Withings devices being released now that the company is back in the founder’s hands.
