Voxiva hits the 1 million users mark

Voxiva

More than 1 million users have enrolled in Voxiva’s evidence-based behavior change programs such as Text4baby, Text4kids, Txt4health, Text2quit and Care4life.

The company managed to reach this impressive milestone by teaming up with a number of partners: Alere Wellbeing offers Text2quit through telephone counseling services they provide for state quit lines, the American Diabetes Association offers Care4life as part of its Living with Type 2 Diabetes program, and many health plans, including Amerigroup and UnitedHealthcare, offer Voxiva’s wellness services to their members.

“On average, our users interact with a program 130 times. This may involve sending or receiving a text message, submitting data through an app, logging on to their personal health record or watching an educational video,” said Justin Sims, CEO of Voxiva. “We believe behavior change happens when you combine a high volume of interactions, personalized messaging, and credible content—all delivered through a device that is with us every waking hour.”

Voxiva has worked with leading organizations and experts to develop content. Care4life is a product of collaboration with the American Diabetes Association, Text2quit with the George Washington University School of Public Health and Text4baby with an extensive partnership including the Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition, American Academy of Pediatrics and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
