Employer wellness plan Keas has managed to secure another $7.4 million in funding, bringing the total amount raised to $32.9 million.
The information comes from the SEC filing, suggesting that three investors participated in the round (D), including Atlantic Investors and Ignition Partners both of which also participated in the Series B.
Keas offers fitness social network for companies that motivates employees to lead more active lifestyles by letting them compete against each other. The service requires all employees to participate, and companies must offer online access to the program. A partnership with LabCorp enables Keas users to measure and track specific health indicators and make that information a part of individual fitness plans and corporate Health Reimbursement Account plans.
Keas’ customers include Safeway, Target, Wix, The Cheesecake Factory, Pfizer, Reed Elsevier, BAE Systems, Pandora, Valeant Pharmaceuticals and KLA-Tencor.
