Oneview Healthcare raises another $7M from existing shareholders

Oneview Healthcare

Oneview Healthcare has completed a third round of equity funding raising an additional $7 million, and bringing cumulative equity raised since January 2013 to $20 million. The fresh equity comes primarily from the existing shareholder base by way of a rights issue.

The company offers patient engagement and clinical workflow solutions to healthcare facilities in the USA, Australia and the Middle East. It plans to use the funds to facilitate the expansion of sales, marketing, project management and implementation resources in the critical North American market.

Oneview has recently completed deployment of its solution at the high-profile Mission Bay Campus in San Francisco where Oneview software is powering over 850 devices in three hospitals: UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, UCSF Bakar Cancer Hospital and the UCSF Betty Irene Moore Women’s Hospital.
