Washington State-based OSTAR Healthcare Technology announced the launch of its G4 Device Gateway. The HIPAA compliant Vendor Neutral Gateway (VNG) is made to enable remote device integration and monitoring for devices such as Glucometers, Vital Signs, Blood Pressure and Weight Scales.

The G4 Multifunction Gateway provides payers, providers and patients with choice / control of Glucose meters and associated Glucose strips along with various vital signs monitoring. Furthermore, the device automatically connects to mobile networks to send relevant data to Case Management, Population Health Management, EMRs and HIEs anywhere in the world.

OSTAR’s G4 Remote Telehealth Vital Signs Monitoring System is the first release of the device gateway series for vital signs monitoring systems.
