iFit Classic fitness watch unveiled

iFit Classic

iFit is out with a fitness-focused watch called iFit Classic. Although it looks like a regular sports watch, this thing has brains under the hood and is able to keep up with one’s runs, walks and other fitness activities.

The device comes in two color options that “work with a range of wardrobes” — platinum-colored accents with obsidian black band, or warm rose gold-colored accents with a frost white band. MSRP is set at $199 and users can already grab their iFit Classic from iFit.com.

Featuring an all-analog face, the iFit Classic shows time of day, while its sub-dials display total steps, calories in and net calories. iFit makes it easy to track what you eat, because you can log “calories in” directly on the watch. The net calories score provides health-minded consumers with a bigger picture view of their healthy day than simply steps.

The watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters, so you can swim, do dishes or take a shower without removing it. Said mobile app works on iOS and Android devices.
