Wellness Home Care taps Vaporstream for secure mobile messaging

Wellness Home Care, which has been providing home care and advocacy for clients since 1983, selected Vaporstream for its secure mobile messaging solution.

Vaporstream’s secure mobile messaging solution has been built from the ground up to address HIPAA compliance, and enable real-time collaboration and information exchange between team members, physicians and family members. The solution also keeps all communication within the existing EHR system, automatically filing to the corresponding patient record for easy access and safe-keeping.

Beyond text, Vaporstream supports exchange of photos, ability to schedule appointments, send additional information / documentation, and document visit notes concerning a patient. In addition, it can be used to notify care team members of upcoming appointments, relevant patient information and updates.
