Humana is renaming its wellness and rewards program from HumanaVitality to Go365 by Humana. The change will take effect on January 1, 2017, bringing along enhanced features including a more personalized approach to health and wellness so members can easily take a path to good health and be rewarded for healthy activities and achievements.
HumanaVitality was one of the first programs of its kind to utilize behavioral economics to improve health with optimized incentives. The program is NCQA accredited and HIPAA-compliant, and even with the new name – it will continue to feature seamless integration across a broad network of devices, health club and coaching services.
“Since its inception, HumanaVitality has been at the leading edge of data-driven, incentivized wellness programs,” Humana Vice President Joe Woods said in a statement. “Now, with Go365 and exciting enhancements coming in just a few months, we’ve opened the door to an entirely new standard for helping our members make life’s moments more rewarding.”
Additional details about enhancements to the program and experience will be announced over the course of the year to customers and later this year directly to members.
As of December 31, 2015, HumanaVitality served more than 3.9 million members nationwide with over 105 million member months of data.
