Virgin Pulse is teaming-up with Fitbit to offer “preferred pricing” (as in discounted pricing) on Fitbit trackers and collaborate to develop “unique user experiences” for the more than 2,200 Virgin Pulse employer customers around the world. At the same time, the partnership also provides Fitbit Group Health customers an opportunity to adopt a comprehensive wellbeing platform that provides a Fitbit-first user experience.
“By combining Fitbit’s superior tracking technology and brand awareness with Virgin Pulse’s modern technology platform, proven outcomes and high engagement rates, we can help organizations drive sustained participation in their programs, and ultimately expedite the business outcomes that matter most to them,” David Osborne, President and COO of Virgin Pulse, said in a statement.
Additionally, the two companies will work together to address some of the challenges that organizations experience when managing corporate wellness programs.
