Proactive MD is acquiring Verimoov to add their patient engagement capabilities into its health management platform.

Proactive MD offers a comprehensive health management solution that extends well beyond the workplace health center walls. On the other hand, Verimoov provides patient engagement solutions, with its platform relying on loss aversion, financial incentives and targeted messaging to engage eligible health center users.

As a result of the acquisition, Byron Revels, Co-Founder & CEO of Verimoov will join Proactive MD as Vice President of Strategy & Innovation.
