Jellyfish Health announced Bloom, its cloud-based scheduling solution that also enables organizations to recruit and enroll patients in any number of health and wellness campaigns.
Bloom makes it possible to plan and manage tailored campaigns from a single console, a feature that aims to replace the disparate systems and spreadsheets many organizations now use to “manage” their health and wellness initiatives. Also, it enables staff to monitor real-time participation and activity, and then adjust staffing and other event details according to prospective volume. On the other hand, anyone interested in an organization’s health and wellness programs can browse and register for classes right from the organization’s website, where Bloom is embedded.
“There is no shortage of interest in health and wellness, or expertise in teaching healthcare consumers how to achieve both,” Dave Dyell, CEO of Jellyfish Health, said in a statement. “What’s been missing is the infrastructure to bring these experts and consumers together.”
That embed part also works for self-scheduling to allow patients to quickly schedule appointments. In the backend, providers are able to engage and manage even the largest populations of patients. For instance, they can schedule and manage single appointments or full-scale classes, view and track no-shows, view success trending data, generate and send patient surveys, among other things.
“We can’t wait to see people’s health ‘bloom’ by connecting them to the life-changing opportunities in their own community with a single app,” Dyell concluded.
