Medtronic acquires sensor startup Corventis for $150 million?

San Jose, California-based company provides portable devices and solutions to help cardiac patients and physicians in geographies across the globe. Corventis’ investors include Kleiner Perkins Caufield Buyer, Mohr Davidow Ventures, DAG Ventures, and PTV Sciences.
