The new version of RunKeeper introduced the new Training tab from where, users are able to find a trustworthy plan that fits their goals, with many options to choose from on all ends of the spectrum.
Moreover, there’s a new kind of schedule made to coach users through what they should be doing day in and day out.
Finally, fun facts and tips are included for days no runs are scheduled. This information covers stuff like nutrition, sleep and stretching.
The new Training tab is placed to the left of the Start tab, while Activities have been moved to the Me tab.
