Activity tracking app Moves is launching a dedicated Connected Apps catalogue with apps and services built upon its open Moves API. Available on the Moves website and in-app, the catalogue already counts some 16 solutions, including:
- Those for incentivized exercise – Earndit and EveryMove.
- Life journaling and habits tracking – Tictrac and Narrato Journal.
- Leaderboards, data export and visualization services – Moves Export, Proves and MMapper, as well as Nudge, a corporate wellness platform.
And that’s just a start with more apps joining-in in the future.
It’s interesting to add that since its launch in January, Moves has grown to track over two billion steps a day. The application is free to download on the AppStore, with Android version currently in beta testing.
