MapMyFitness welcomed Edward Hubbard to the team as Vice President of Platform Solutions. Hubbard brings more than twenty years of experience in a variety of leadership roles across strategic alliances, engineering, marketing, management and most recently as VP of Business Development at Uber Technologies. At Uber, Hubbard was responsible for closing strategic business deals with organizations like the NFL Players Association, Facebook, Google and Virgin America, all of which contributed to Uber’s tremendous revenue growth as well as the company’s most recent $3B+ valuation.

Hubbard will lead the company’s growing Platform Solutions practice, focusing on defining the company’s core APIs for partners interested in building and integrating fitness and health solutions on the MapMyFitness platform.
