MapMyFitness is integrating with another service – MyFitnessPal, which is a free health and fitness system that helps users reach their goals through calorie counting and diet plan tools.
With these two services working together, user’s workouts recorded within MapMyFitness will automatically sync to MyFitnessPal. This includes activity type, time, average pace and total calories burned.
There are two ways to integrate the two services, either online (from MapMyFitness’ dashboard) or through MapMyFitness’ mobile app (from Settings).
