Wellograph’s premium wellness watch with a sapphire crystal display will be compatible with Windows Phone 8.1 devices when it ships in July of this year. The announcement comes on the heels of the company officially opening preorders for its wearable device that has been highlighted for its great product design and craftsmanship.
Though the Wellograph watch is functionally independent and designed to act as a stand-alone device, users can download corresponding apps for expanded analysis. Wellograph will make an official Wellograph app for Windows Phone 8.1 available alongside both an iOS and Android app.
The Windows Phone app will take advantage of Live Tiles, allowing users to see information such as total steps and exercise score directly on the phone’s Start screen. The app will also sync directly to the Wellograph watch, transferring all stored data effortlessly over Bluetooth.
Featuring an integrated heart rate monitor, activity tracker, pedometer and running watch in one device, Wellograph is creating a wearable that can be worn in every social setting.
