FitnessKeeper, which offers RunKeeper and Breeze, announced a new update to the latter app to allow users to share data between the two [apps].
What this means is that any profile or measurement info — such as weight, height and profile picture — will automatically sync between RunKeeper and Breeze. Moreover, Breeze will automatically detect any activity you track in RunKeeper and adjust your steps accordingly. The other way round works as well, enabling folks to import long walks or runs from Breeze to RunKeeper.

Going forward, FitnessKeeper promises even more features that will keep the two apps better in sync.
For those uninitiated, Breeze is made to encourage users to move more throughout the day, whereas RunKeeper provides more insight and motivation around cardio workout routines.
