Validic has announced integration with Salesforce CRM and HealthCloud to enable secure access of patient-generated health data in the Salesforce CRM. The company provides a Salesforce Connect package which provides the ability to deliver patient records that display natively in the Salesforce interface.

The integration installs a “Health / Wellness” application into the Salesforce tool, delivering metrics related to sleep, biometrics, weight, fitness, routine, diabetes, and nutrition. This data comes from the largest connected health ecosystem that spans more than 400 different devices, apps and platforms.

The Validic Health/Wellness application will work with any Salesforce implementation including the HealthCloud. Salesforce HealthCloud sits on top of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) enabling next generation care management and coordination, which is greatly enriched with the personal health data directly from the customer/patient/member.
