There’s a new entrant in the smart thermometer market – the STEMP Smart Temperature Patch, which is made to provide “immediate, continuous, and accurate body temperature measurement” for children, seniors and families of all ages.

STEMP is available for pre-order via a crowdfunding campaign and is expected to ship in later this year. The accompanying mobile app, iOS only at the moment, is already available for download.

STEMP won the 2015 Everyday Health Award for Innovation in Personal Health at CES in Las Vegas. It’s currently raising funds at Indiegogo, where a single unit could be had for $35. Shipping is slated for September of this year.
