Inaugural customers include companies such as Google, Morgan Stanley, Facebook, Under Armour, Glossier, Etsy, Southwest Airlines and Gatorade.
The company offers unlimited fitness, yoga, and dance classes for $99 per month; in January, it raised its previous round totaling $50 million.
The acquisition cements ClassPass' position as the world's largest network of studios and gyms available to consumers for a fixed monthly price.
The new capital will be used to help the company further grow its fitness subscription service, and expand to new cities in the US and international markets.
