Customers in Colorado, Washington and Illinois gain access to MDLIVE's virtual doctor service through Walgreens mobile app and online telehealth platform.

The collaboration comes on the heels of the Skype for Business launch, and will allow provide users with seamless digital health experience.

Initially, the telehealth service is available to users in California and Michigan, with additional states and markets coming at a later date.

The acquisition will enable MDLIVE to better address the growing demand for online therapy and make it more efficient for payers, health systems and employers.
