The Redmond giant will make sure its watch supports multiple platforms, not just Windows Phone, and feature a display on the underside of the band.

LG G Watch and Samsung Gear Live are readily available from the Google Play Store for $229 and $199, respectively; Acer's smart watch will be out in September.

Compatible smart watches can run the Hexoskin app and get real-time connectivity to the cloud for Hexoskin biometric stats.
