The search giant is offering a number of incentives for developers looking to add Google's fitness tracking capabilities to their existing and apps.

The wrist-worn device is a walking coach that analyzes walking posture and helps user to walk healthy, by tracking body balance and user's daily activities.

The company will include activity, weight and blood pressure data from a number of fitness trackers into its diabetes remote monitoring platform.

Using hypoallergenicdical-grade adhesives, it sticks to the user's torso to automatically and continuously track heart rate, activity, respiration and more.

The company will use the money to launch new products, and add various social elements to its mobile apps to incentivize users' exercise.

The solution is made to help women keep pelvic-floor muscles in good shape; it combines an insertable, sensor-packed device and an accompany mobile app.

The former supersedes the current Up24 fitness band, adding new features and capabilities to the mix, while the latter provides fitness tracking for the masses.

Designed to work with leading activity trackers, smartphones and watches, every KiQplan is delivered as an interactive coach to help people reach their goals.

Initially available for iPhone users -- with Android app launching within a week -- the new Stopwatch Mode is used to add indoor exercise to the mix.

Sequoia Capital led this most recent round with participation of existing investors, including Madrone Capital Partners and Sigma West.
